Most of the repair calls we run in Charlotte trace to a handful of usual suspects: flashing pulled away from chimneys, pipe boots cracked by UV, shingles lifted by a wind gust, or a nail pop letting water wick in one drip at a time.
We find the actual entry point (water travels — the stain on your ceiling is rarely below the hole), fix it properly with matching materials, and photograph the finished work so you can see what you paid for. Most repairs are done in a single visit.
