About this page
This is a sample site, and none of the reviews on it are real. A live version of this page would pull an actual Google review count and star average, and link directly to the business profile so you could read the full, unedited history yourself. Instead of guessing at numbers we don't have, we're labeling every entry on this page as a placeholder so nobody mistakes it for a genuine track record.
We're not going to invent a star rating, a review count, or a ranking, because none of that would be true and it would undercut the point of the whole site. What follows are short sample entries, attributed only by town and job type, meant to show the shape of what real feedback might look like once the business has real customers leaving it.

How we'd want real reviews handled
When this business has an actual customer history, this page would show the real Google review count and a direct link to the profile so anyone could read it firsthand, complaints included. We wouldn't hide a bad review or bury it under sample content; a small number of honest, mixed reviews says more than a suspiciously perfect page of five-star entries with no detail behind them.
If you're evaluating any roofing company's review page, not just this sample one, look for specifics: a town, a job type, a detail about what actually happened. Vague praise with no context is a lot easier to fabricate than a review that mentions a cracked pipe boot or a missed flashing detail.

How would Drip Edge handle a negative review in real life?
By responding to it directly and specifically rather than deleting or ignoring it, and by using it to find out what actually went wrong on that job. A single bad review with a thoughtful response tells a homeowner more than a page with nothing but praise on it.
Where would I see real reviews if this were the live site?
Linked directly from this page to the actual Google Business profile, showing the real review count and star average rather than a number typed into a template. That link and count aren't included here because this is a sample site with no real customer history yet.
