What we check before calling it fixed
On a well, a pressure complaint usually means checking the pressure tank's air charge as well as the switch, since a waterlogged tank will make a new switch cycle just like the old one. Septic is similar: a slow drain in a house on a field system can be a plumbing issue inside the house, or it can be a field that's reached the end of its life, and those are two very different conversations.
