Most plumbing companies are a price list with trucks. Rally started as a promise — somebody competent answers at 2am — and grew a company behind it.

Rally Plumbing started with a burst pipe and eleven unanswered phone calls. Our founder spent a January night in 2016 watching water climb the baseboards of his Sedgefield rental while every "24/7" plumber in the search results rolled to voicemail. The water got shut off eventually — a neighbor knew where the meter key was — but the lesson stuck: in this trade, the emergency line is the product. Everything else is follow-through.
So we built the company inside out. Dispatch came first: real people, in Charlotte, around the clock, trained to do the two things that matter in minute one — get your water stopped and get a truck moving. The under-15-minute callback became the metric the whole company is managed by. Trucks got stocked specifically for Charlotte housing: parts for slab-era ranches in Madison Park, cast iron couplings for Plaza Midwood bungalows, the valves that 90s subdivisions chew through. And pricing went in writing, before work, every time — because trust built at 2am is destroyed by an invoice at 9am.
Eight years, 3,400+ closed jobs, and the phone still gets answered by a person. Try it right now if you like.
Rally runs six trucks across the Charlotte metro — licensed plumbers and apprentices in a real apprenticeship, not a ride-along. Every tech is background-checked, badged, and trained on the same playbook: diagnose out loud, quote in writing, protect the floors, photograph the work, leave it cleaner than we found it. We're licensed in North and South Carolina, insured well past requirements, and happy to show certificates to anyone who asks — we genuinely like it when customers ask.
We're not the cheapest plumber in Charlotte, and we're suspicious of whoever is. We're the ones who answer — and the work holds up to the standard that implies.

Drop cloths down before tools out. Shoe covers without being asked. The quote explained line by line, the old parts shown to you, the photos sent before we pull out of the driveway. None of it is glamorous. All of it is why the reviews read the way they do.
Call at 2pm or 2am — the experiment costs nothing and the phone gets answered either way.
