We Handle the Paperwork. You Keep the Claim.

Photographs before anything is touched, a scope written the way an adjuster reads one, and a person from our company standing on your roof next to theirs.

How a claim goes

01

Free documented inspection

We photograph every elevation and the whole roof, and you get the file whether you file a claim or not.

02

You file, in your name

You call your carrier. We do not file for you, and we are not your public adjuster — that separation protects you.

03

We meet the adjuster

On the roof, with our documentation, so the damage gets into the scope the first time.

04

Approved scope, then work

We build what was approved, at the carrier's scope, and hand you the paperwork that closes the claim out.

About the deductible

It is illegal in North Carolina for a contractor to pay, waive, absorb or rebate your insurance deductible, and the companies going door to door after a hailstorm know that when they offer it. If someone has offered to cover yours, that is the most useful thing you will learn about them all week. We will not do it, and we will put that in writing.

Storm questions

If yours isn't here, ask the chat in the corner or just call — the same person answers both.

How fast can you tarp?

Same day for existing clients, same or next day for everyone else. Call rather than fill in a form if water is getting into the house right now.

Should I file a claim?

Not always. A small repair can cost less than what a claim does to your premium, and we will tell you when that is the case even though the bigger job pays us more.

Will you meet my adjuster?

Yes, at the house, on the roof. That is the single thing that most often gets damage into the estimate the first time instead of the third.

Do you waive deductibles?

No. It is illegal in North Carolina, and a contractor who offers it is telling you exactly how they run the rest of the job.

Book a walkaround

Forty minutes at your house, on a day that works for you. You get a fixed written price, a start date, and photographs of anything we find — whether you hire us or not.
