What we actually do
We strip the elevation down to sheathing, fix what is wrong underneath, and rebuild the whole wall as one system — house wrap, flashing, trim, siding. Siding installed over failing board hides the problem for about four years and then costs you twice.

How a Charlotte siding job actually goes
Most of the houses we side were built between 1955 and 1995, and the two things that decide the job are what the original builder used for sheathing and how the water has been running off the roof for thirty years. We tell you which one you have at the walkaround.
- Day 1 — dumpster set, landscaping covered, first elevation stripped
- Day 1–2 — sheathing inspected and repaired, photos sent to you the same afternoon
- Day 2–3 — house wrap and flashing, windows and doors re-detailed
- Day 3–7 — siding and trim installed, elevation by elevation
- Final day — caulk, touch-up, magnet sweep, walkthrough with your project manager
