Why a porch takes longer than you expect
Two to three weeks is normal, and most of it is not us swinging hammers. Permits, footing inspections, concrete cure time and framing inspections all have to happen in order. Anybody quoting you four days is either not pulling a permit or not planning to pass.
- Week 1 — permit, layout, footings dug and inspected, concrete poured
- Week 2 — framing, roof structure tied into the existing roofline, framing inspection
- Week 3 — decking, railing, ceiling, trim, paint and final inspection

We start on the date in your contract

We schedule a written reinspection at year two and we call you to set it. You do not have to remember.
