Using your own builder?
Our design-only package gives you plans, 3D renderings and the physical selections book to hand to any contractor. Email [email protected] with a photo of the room and a rough idea of scope and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.
License & insurance
NC General Contractor License #78214. NARI member. 2M general liability and workers' compensation on every crew member. Ask and we'll email the certificate before anyone sets foot in your house. A remodeler who hesitates on that question is telling you something.
Privacy & terms (short version)
We use your name, phone and address to design and build your project, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share it. If you check the consent box on a form, we may text you about your consult; reply STOP any time. Fixed-price contracts are valid 60 days from the date written; the price changes only by a change order you sign.

A free design consult in your home. You leave with a plan, a timeline, and an honest opinion about what's worth doing. The number comes after the design, and it doesn't move.
