Rally Atelier is a one-team design-build studio for Charlotte’s most considered addresses — custom homes, transformative renovations, and outdoor rooms that hold their silence beautifully.
Most builders ask what you want. We ask how you want to live — then we draw, engineer, and build the answer under one roof.
Since 2009 the atelier has accepted a small number of commissions each year — never more than our principals can personally walk every week. Architecture, interiors, and construction live in one studio on East Worthington Avenue, which means nothing gets lost between the drawing and the dust. The result is a quieter kind of luxury: rooms that fit their owners the way a tailored jacket fits a shoulder.

Listen
A two-hour sitting — your rituals, your mornings, your objections to every house you’ve lived in. We take notes like portrait painters.
Compose
Concept drawings, material palettes, and a transparent line-item budget arrive together. Nothing is priced after it is promised.
Craft
Our own superintendents and a bench of long-tenured trades build what was drawn — with a principal on your site every single week.
Keep
An eleven-month walk-through, a five-year craftsmanship warranty, and a studio that still answers the phone in year ten.
