How do I book an appointment?
Use the
online booking form — it takes about a minute — or call (704) 555-0186 Tuesday through Saturday, 8am–6pm. Every request is confirmed by text within 2 hours.
What vaccines does my dog need?
A current rabies vaccine is required for every dog; you confirm it in the booking form and we verify at drop-off. We also recommend (but don't require) bordetella since dogs visit a shared space.
How long does an appointment take?
Nail visits about 15 minutes, baths around an hour, and full grooms 90 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on size and coat. Your dog is never crated waiting — they're groomed straight through and you're texted the moment they're done.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — just give us 24 hours notice and there's no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $20 fee since your slot was held one-on-one for your dog.
Where do I park for drop-off?
Free parking directly in front of Suite C at 2200 South Blvd. We're also a short walk from the East/West Blvd light rail station.
Do you offer recurring appointments?
Yes — standing slots every 3 weeks for nails and every 4–8 weeks for baths and grooms. The schedule remembers so you don't have to, and standing clients get first pick of Saturday times.
What is your matting policy?
Humanity over vanity. Light matting gets worked out by hand. Coats matted to the skin get shaved — dematting a fused coat is painful and we won't do it. Either way you get a phone call before clippers touch the coat, plus a regrowth and brushing plan.
Can you handle anxious, reactive or senior dogs?
It's our specialty. One-on-one appointments, fear-free handling, no cage dryers, breaks on demand and walk-in tub access for stiff seniors. Describe your dog honestly in the temperament field — nothing you write will get you turned away.
Will my dog be in a crate at any point?
No. Appointments run one dog at a time, straight through. If you're running late for pickup, your dog lounges with us in the front room, not in a kennel bank.
Do you groom cats?
We're a dogs-only studio. For cats we happily refer to feline-specialist groomers in Charlotte — call us and we'll point you the right way.
